<p>대한민국구매자원이 9일 선언한 ‘2028년 국내의 소비생활지표 조사에 따르면 전국 60세 이상 남녀 중 82.7%가 최근 TV홈쇼핑, 인터넷·스마트폰 쇼핑, 국내외 직구 등을 이용한 디지털 소비를 경험한 적이 있다고 답했다. 직전 조사인 2013년 46%에 비해 5배 가량 많아진 수치다.</p>
<p>유형별 사용률(중복 응답)은 인터넷·핸드폰쇼핑(65.7%), TV홈쇼핑(40.4%), SNS 플랫폼(20.8%) 순으로 보여졌다. 인스타그램이나 카카오톡 같은 SNS 플랫폼 소비 사용률은 2014년 조사(4.4%)의 6배에 달하였다. 당근마켓이나 중고나라 똑같은 개인 간(C2C) 거래 플랫폼 이용률은 16.7%로 조사됐다.</p>
