모바일 소액결제는 당월 사용한 결제 자본이 핸드폰 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이처럼 경우 스마트폰 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 다만 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 스마트폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 때문에 승인 취소가 불가하다.

이은희 인하대 소비자학과 교수는 “구글 똑같은 글로벌 온라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 발생했을 때 완만한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 많다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 늘어나고 있을 것이다면 구글이 최고로 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 말했다.

<p>국민의 소비 생활 만족도는 800점 만점에 64점으로 2017년(69.3점)보다 2.6점 하락했다. 하지만 디지털 소비자의 만족도는 67.4점으로 2017년(69.8점)보다 1.5점 하락해 상대적으로 하락 폭이 작았다. 30대 이상 디지털 구매자의 만족도는 66점으로 2016년(61점)보다 거꾸로 높아졌다.</p>
