An ng+ perfect run means replaying a game with all your gear and skills from a previous playthrough, but now aiming for flawless execution—no deaths, no damage, no mistakes. It takes the challenge of a new game plus mode and pushes it to the limit, demanding intimate knowledge of enemy patterns and level layouts. Speedrunners and completionists love this for the sheer mastery it represents, turning a familiar adventure into a high-stakes test of precision and memory.
